WFDF is pleased to announce that the Congress has approved the Estonian Flying Disc Federation (EFDF) as regular national member association of the World Flying Disc Federation. The acceptance of this new regular member stabilizes the WFDF membership at 60 member associations in 56 countries. “The Congress has admitted the member association from Estonia unanimously. Estonia has been a WFDF provisional member for several years and has previously participated in a WFDF sanctioned event".

"I am excited about them upgrading to full membership and in particular pleased to have a new regular member from Eastern Europe,” commented WFDF President Robert “Nob” Rauch. “We are looking forward to seeing Estonia compete at the World Ultimate Club Championships in Lecco in August this year.”

“The Estonian Flying Disc Federation and all of the Estonian Ultimate players are happy to become a regular member of WFDF. Not only does it give us chance to Estonia represented in the upcoming World Championships, but hopefully it will boost the number of players in Estonia. A bigger number of players means a higher level of Ultimate, so hopefully you will see us playing in every division soon,” stated EFDF Board member Kristina Reinsalu.
